Notice is hereby given that a quorum of the Recreation and Tourism Commission of the City of Shady Cove may be present during a site visit scheduled for:
Date: June 18, 2025
Location: Jackson County Upper Rogue Park
The purpose of this visit is to allow members to observe and gather information regarding the Shady Cove 2nd Annual Summer Bash. No official City business will be conducted, and no decisions will be made during this site visit.
This notice is being provided in accordance with Oregon Public Meetings Law to ensure transparency and public awareness.
