2019 Annual Tree Lighting was a huge success!

Tree Lighting 120619 Children from Ms. Neely’s 5th grade class of Shady Cove school practiced their holiday caroling even during the rain Friday afternoon. The Jackson County Library was open and waiting for people to sample their popcorn and hot cider, fun, and offerings.  A raffle was held too. The Upper Rogue Community Center was ready for everyone with hot chocolate, hot coffee, and mounds of delicious cookies. The City used Jackson County to chip seal Hudspeth Lane. The whole length of Hudspeth Lane was chip sealed on Tuesday, July 23. The County came back and finished the oil and then striped the lower section where it was wide enough. Thank you for your cooperation.  It’s finally done!
