Month: May 2022
Jackson County Emergency Management will be testing the Citizen Alert notification system on May 19, 2022, starting at 10:00 am. The test will only be sent to those individuals who have registered in the system, which today totals 67,822 contacts.

For those cities that have identified evacuation zones, we can send messages to each of your zones with zone-specific language. At this time the City of Medford will be doing this. Otherwise, there will be one county-wide message with information on how to sign up for Citizen Alert, basic preparedness information, and links to resources.
